Cornell Law School Immigration Law and Advocacy Clinic

The Cornell Law School 1L Immigration Law and Advocacy Clinic represents DACA recipients and asylum seekers before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), among many other advocacy projects.  The clinic prefers referrals from other nonprofit agencies and welcomes referrals for new cases ahead of the start of each semester (August and January), depending on capacity.
